Refund Policy for Zurich Bazaar:
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. For this reason, we offer you the opportunity to exchange items that do not fit or do not meet your expectations with a suitable voucher.
Please note that as a general rule we do not accept returns unless, in this case you can request a refund or return the item for a voucher. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange a return.
Once we have received your request we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process the return. Please note that the item must be unused and in perfect condition to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged or worn.
Upon receipt of the item, we will carry out an inspection to ensure that it meets our return policy. If everything is fine we will either issue you a refund or exchange the item for a voucher, whichever you prefer.
Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility and cannot be refunded. We recommend that you provide a tracking number for the shipment to ensure that the return reaches us.
